        Thank you! 🙂 I’m not a great artist but am enjoying finding my feet and a love of abstract – I’d have laughed if you’d said that to me a few years ago! I guess cyclothymia and bipolar bring about a greater self awareness in many ways. 🙂

          For me, it is enough that you are using art journaling as therapy. That is cool.

            Thanks 🙂 it’s a great way of expressing myself – without having to put in too many words. I was worried complete honesty would hurt any of my children or husband if they read them.
