When driving my son to school, I commented that it was a blustery day. He responded, “No, it’s the Apocalypse.” WIth the temperatures approaching 100°F and the Santa Ana winds whipping through dry brush and parched trees, he may be closer to the truth. Southern California is on fire. This time in May. Way too early for wildfire season to begin. Wildfires rage in Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton, Long Beach, Anaheim, Santa Paula, Rancho Bernardo, and Lompoc. Today, we live in a fiery oven.

Scary! 13 year old boys are obsessed with Apocalypse, especially the zombie apocalypse! He likes to kid, as well. Sardonic wit on that one.
Wow! So early in the year… maybe you’re son knows what he’s talking about 🙂
Oooh…scary! Praying for your safety!
